We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

Shipping rates are per order. Shipping times are 5-14 working days to you on average, however, this is only a guide. We cannot guarantee delivery times. Please allow up to 21 days to receive your items. Shipping is by Fedex or UPS. All of our Shipments are Signed for. You will be sent a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

Deliveries.  

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package. The courier will normally make 2 or 3 delivery attempts. A card is left notifying you of the delivery attempt and in these cases you should contact the couriers to arrange re-delivery.

In the event the package cannot be delivered and it is “Returned to Shipper” a re-shipping fee may be charged.
