Returns & Exchanges Policy

You may return your goods for an exchange or full refund within 14 days of receiving them. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Customers are under a duty to take reasonable care of goods whilst in their possession as per The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. Please return the item with the original packaging where possible.

If you need to return or exchange an item, First, Download and print the return form from here complete in full  and include this in your return parcel.

If an item is returned for an exchange we will apply a store credit to your account for this item. Please place a new order for the replacement. Your store credit will deduct from the total at checkout.

Then, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.  Please do not return your item until this is authorised as in some circumstances we may need to send a courier to collect. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund or store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.

Please note failure to submit a returns request in this way may result in a delay in processing any exchange or refund.

We offer a FULL no quibble exchange policy, but are not responsible for return shipping costs if you simply want to exchange an item.

You will receive your refund* within 30 days from cancelling the order or returning goods, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

*Excluding Custom Made Items. These can only be returned or cancelled in return for a Store Credit to be used against a future order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain international destinations.

Orders being shipped to mainland Europe will be dispatched direct from the factory in Spain.

Orders for the UK or any other Worldwide destination will be shipped from the UK.

Shipping rates are per order. Shipping times are 7-10 days on average, however, this is only a guide. We cannot guarantee delivery times.Please allow up to 30 days to receive your items. Shipping is by Fedex or UPS. All of our Shipments are Signed for. You will be sent a tracking number when your order is dispatched.

IMPORTANT : To avoid fraudulent transactions, we will only ship to your credit card address ONLY
