Returns & Exchanges Policy
You may return your goods for an exchange or full refund* within 14 days of receiving them. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs except in the event that you received an incorrect or defective item.
*Excluding Custom Made Items. These can only be returned or cancelled in return for a Store Credit to be used against a future order
Customers are under a duty to take reasonable care of goods whilst in their possession as per The European Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000**. Please return the item with the original packaging where possible.
Returned Items MUST be marked as Returned Goods on International shipments.
Failure to do so may incur a charge.
If you need to return or exchange an item, First, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Please do not return your item until this is authorised as in some circumstances we may need to send a courier to collect. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund or store credit once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please note failure to submit a returns request in this way may result in a delay in processing the returned item, therefore delaying any exchange, refund etc.

If an item is returned for an exchange we will apply a store credit to your account for this item. Please place a new order for the replacement. Your store credit will deduct from the total at checkout.
