  1. Good for disabled or anybody with weak ankles

    The main reason I brought these shoes is that I have Cerebral Palsy and have weak ankles. Over the years I have had numerous falls as a result of this problem. That was until I sore these at Download. This is the third pair I have brought and I will never go back to other shoes again.

    If you have any disability which results in weak ankles then I would highly recommend these boots. I think they work better then hospital boots.

    This company really lives up to the hype. I've had this model for over a year now and with a little shoe polish they're back to perfection. I get nothing but compliments on them. I have 2 more models coming my way right now and I can't wait.

    Pros:
    - Leather and craftsmanship are fantastic.
    - Worth every penny.
    - Boots look even better in person.
    - Veeeeery comfortable. Give your feet time to adjust to the new surface, as you would any other boot.
    - The ankle leaves perfect amount of room for tucking pants in while staying comfortable.
    - Durable low-cut zipper allows quick easy removal at airports. I also unzip them for more comfort when I'm at work. Yep. I wear them in the office.

    Cons:
    - Be prepared to watch your order status stay on "Awaiting Shipment" for weeks. It drove me crazy waiting, but this company's shoes... are worth it.

    Customer Services Response:
    Our Shipping times state an average shipping time of 7 to 14 days. This order was shipped out 10 days after the order was placed, within the guide times advised.
